Sunset Grove is two condominium homes in one building in Wake Forest, North Carolina, run by the family that owns them. This site describes the homes. It does not take bookings and does not take payment.
Every stay is booked on Airbnb or Vrbo. The terms of service, cancellation policy, refund rules, and payment protection of whichever platform you used govern your reservation, along with the house rules on that listing. Nothing on this website changes them, adds to them, or replaces them.
The calendar on this site is refreshed each day from the booking calendar and can be a few hours behind. It is a guide to help you narrow dates, not a hold and not a quote. Rates, fees, taxes, and minimum stays are set on the listing, and the listing is the authoritative source. A date that looks open here can be gone by the time you reach the listing.
The full rules live on the listing and are the ones that count. In short:
The photographs, text, and design here belong to the owners of Sunset Grove and to the photographers who shot them. Please do not copy them for another listing, another property, or an advertisement. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome.
The homes were photographed in 2023 and 2026. We keep the pages current, but furniture and finishes change over time, and the photographs on the live listing are the most recent ones.
This site links to Airbnb, Vrbo, Instagram, and a map. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for what is on them.
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or never offline. Use it as information about the homes, and confirm anything that matters to your trip on the listing or by messaging us before you book.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. A dispute about your reservation is handled under the platform's process first, because that is where the booking lives.
If you check the text message box on the contact form, you agree to receive texts from Sunset Grove about your inquiry and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
