The facility is well located, it is beautifully apportioned and very clean. There were some concerns with the stairs, but others saw it as an opportunity to get some exercise :-) Overall, a very positive experience and we would stay there again. Even the children loved it and recommended a five star rating.

We had a great 5-night stay at Marianna's place. It is a very spacious townhouse, spotless, beautifully furnished, supplied with everything we would have needed, felt just like home. Lots of stairs, but that didn't bother us, in fact it was a positive, meaning no units above, and great views. The roof patio is super nice, great place to relax and watch the sunsets. Loved the convenience of a wonderful grocery store right across the street, and a bunch of cafes and restaurants as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, had a great night's sleep. The host responds quickly and kindly allowed a late check-out free of charge. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Great stay and minutes from everything. Yes, there are quite the amount of stairs to climb up, and for older folks or ones that have challenges it would be very difficult but for us it was good exercise. This place was extremely clean, and while things are new in the home, you can see that it's well appointed and well cared for.

One word: Perfect! This is our second time staying. And as expected, the place was immaculate! The home is clean, homey, and the perfect location in Wake Forest. The home is stocked with everything. My family traveled to Wake Forest for a funeral, and staying here truly made a difficult trip much easier. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and felt welcoming the moment we arrived. Having a supermarket directly across the street was incredibly convenient, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby as well. One thing to note is that there are quite a few stairs, which may be important for some guests to consider. Overall, this was a comfortable and supportive place to stay during a challenging time.

Marianna was an amazing host and the 2 condos were perfect! Every year my family travels and meets in a location for Thanksgiving and we were right at home. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and spacious. We loved being across the street from a supermarket, and the area was quiet. All 15 of us were able to eat, laugh, play games in the spacious 4bd. We are planning to book this location again if we come back to Raleigh!

The location is great - very easy to get to all the places we needed to go. Marianna was easy to contact. The units had lots of room for 12 people & had everything we needed. It does have a lot of steps to climb that might be hard for someone who has difficulty with stairs - but was fine for us.

We rented both sides of the condo. It is a great location and quiet. The one unit only has stairs up to the bedroom. The other unit has 33 stairs to the main floor and then more stairs to the bedrooms. Be prepared for stair climbing.

We stayed at this property for 5 days (5 adults and 2 kids), and it was an amazing experience. The apartment is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was available, and we truly felt at home.

The only thing to note is that the unit has a long staircase and no elevator, so guests should be ready for daily stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us, but I recommend Airbnb add pictures of the stairs to give future guests a clearer idea.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy, beautiful place in Wake Forest.

We had the best stay! The open floor plan with the kitchen and living was very inviting. Bedrooms were spacious and both the patio and rooftop were bonuses to the interior spaces. Accessible to Capital Blvd/I-85/I-440. Despite new units being developed, we NEVER heard any construction noise. Correspondence was top notch, and the digital guidebook provided is very thoughtful and helpful. Look forward to booking again when visiting family in NC. 5-Star experience!!!!!

This place is great. Right across from a fantastic grocery store. Everything was nice, host was responsive. I will say that there’s a lot of stairs which the listing does warn but it is a lot especially with a lot of luggage or groceries. Even with all the stairs, beds were comfortable, kitchen was great, and the roof deck was a great addition. We had one little hiccup with the garage door and the host was quick to respond and gave a great alternative and then got back to me with a way to fix it. Definitely in a great location and loved the house.

I’ll start by saying the location is excellent if you’re staying in the Wake Forest area. It’s across the street from a great grocery store and plenty of restaurants. The area felt safe and was easy to find. The home was well equipped and had plenty of towels and was spacious. We had a small problem accessing the house from the garage but the host was very quick to respond. That said, we don’t believe the place was cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. There was pink mold/rings in all of the toilets and the bedside tables needed a good cleaning. There were stains on some the pillow cases, hair in the corners of the bathrooms, water spots on the fixtures, and stains on the carpet. There wasn’t any trash or clutter but the mirrors were dirty and the bathroom vanities were not cleaned. The house felt tidy but not deep cleaned.

When we came in there was MANY spiders & bugs at the front & back entrance. We open the garage, there were maggots near lthe opening of the garage & spiders all over the place like ALOT of spiders/Webs I had to contact the host to see if someone can clean it up.I took pictures. Dog hairs on the blue chairs & couches. She said there's no pets but you can see that it was animal hair. The couch looked old & smell to it. The downstairs bedroom near the kitchen had glitter & few hair strands on the bed. Told the host, & she didn't seem to care. Wish the house was clean. I had to buy things to clean supplies. There weren't enough towels. They looked used & dirty. We bought new towels. The bathrooms & floors weren't clean & they still had dirt marks & hair follicles. Floors needed to be swept & clean. Construction was loud. Nosey neighbors. We should've got compensated .It's ALOT OF STAIRS from Upstairs to DOWNSTAIRS. Balcony NO Privacy/NO blinds. It's OPEN VIEW from She was easy to contact.

It’s refreshing to stay at an Airbnb that is exactly what the picture show!

This is a great location right across the street from Wegmans, Torchy’s Tacos, Cava, Nothing Bundt cakes and short drive to much more.

The home itself is in fairly pristine condition as it’s a newer built property. By instruction we’re all clear and they have a lovely guide book printed for your convenience.

The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked and ready to make it super convenient to just show up and enjoy.

The beds are comfy and clean, plenty of seating at the couch, table or kitchen island, and lovely view from the front of the room and gorgeous rooftop deck.

The host was very responsive.

Our stay was comfortable, fit our needs with four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and a half bath off the open kitchen, dining room and living room. You get informed about the stairs, they were harder on my knees than I expected. The master bedroom and bath were very spacious and were perfect for two getting ready at the same time. Off the master bedroom you can hear the construction workers on Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. The entire party agreed the beds were comfortable. The location is close to Walmart and some nice eating places. Wegmen's grocery store is across the street and we could walk and get items for cooking. House looked exactly like the photos. It was a pleasure to stay in both units, both were fully stocked and all the starter amenities were available. Walking distance to the grocery store and other restaurants. We didn’t hear the construction of the other units being built. We will definitely look to rent your unit again instead of staying in a hotel. It has truly been a pleasure renting from Marianna.

Absolutely loved our stay at Ligon Mill. Fantastic location with easy access to Wake Forest downtown and routes to get anywhere in Raleigh. We loved the modern amenities, roof deck with a view, and the massive supermarket with restaurants right across the street. Checks all the boxes. Marianna was also a great host, very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here for those looking for a convenient and spacious location in the northern Raleigh area.

We loved this space! Super clean, stocked with what we needed, easy to relax! My kids loved their beds and all the closets they had to play “house” in!

Easy to find, easy to get into, we heard no noise from the construction! Only thing we did hear was the garage next door being opened but that was nothing! Will definitely be back!

we were a group of 7 coming to visit for a wedding over the weekend! The place was very clean and brand new. There was plenty of space for everyone. We walked to Wegmans multiple times and the taco restaurant across the street. The host was very responsive. Overall it was great and worked out very well for our group.

I rented this place for my family to stay when the visited from out of state- it was clean, and very very nice, just like the pictures- the roof top was nice. I would definitely rent this again- the owner provided excellent feedback and follow up. The condo has 3-levels including the roof top and you must be able to walk up steps- this air b and b was exactly like the pictures snd in excellent condition- my family enjoyed it. We will rent again. Prime location and great resources close by.

Immaculate place. Just like the pictures. Clean and spacious with great touches and amenities. Good lighting for photos and commercial photography is allowed if that’s something you need. Unfortunately, this location is VERY noisy. Not “minimal” as listed. Extremely noisy construction immediately next door from 7am-6pm each day including sawing, nailing, loud music, beeping trucks and even fire alarms going off for an hour straight. Combined with very thin windows. We originally planned to take some video here and it was completely unworkable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marianna's Airbnb. She was incredibly accommodating and always accessible. The residence was impeccably clean and had a cozy, homely vibe. The rooftop porch provided a perfect setting for relaxation, and we appreciated the convenience of being just a short walk away from Wegmans. The only minor inconvenience was the early morning construction noise, but considering it's a new development, it's understandable and will likely be resolved once completed. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The Julianne is the perfect condo for a trip to Wake Forest!! Our family was displaced for a week in the midst of moving - and thankfully we found this property!! Not only is it beautifully decorated, but it is close to everything we needed. I have teenage kids that were able to walk across to grab a taco at Torchy’s, or a salad at Cava . . . . or even groceries at Wegman’s.

The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms are spacious, with huge closets. The kitchen is well-stocked for making full meals. The layout is great for a group. Remember to bring your passwords for TV streaming, because they have a smart TV ready with all of the apps. Just login and watch your shows!

Although it was too chilly during our week …. The rooftop patio is super cool!! I think I may book it in the future for a fun girls trip!!

Our host was very quick to respond to any questions that we had too! Five Stars - all the way around!! Definitely would recommend to family and friends!
