It is one building. Tessa is the lower home (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6) and Julianne is the upper home (4 bedrooms, sleeps 7). Book them together and the whole place is Sunset Grove, sleeping 13 across 7 bedrooms.
Up to 13 across the whole building, every one of them in a real bed. Tessa sleeps 6, Julianne sleeps 7. Only registered guests on the reservation are permitted inside.
RDU Airport is about 20 miles from the front door, roughly a 30-minute drive. Downtown Raleigh is about the same, and downtown Wake Forest is five minutes away.
Check-in is self-entry at 4pm or later. Check-out is by 10am.
Self-entry through keypads on the garage and the front door. Your personal access code arrives before your stay, so there is no key handoff and nobody waits on anybody.

Each home has room for one car in the garage and one in the driveway. Additional cars can use the lot across from the driveway.
For insurance reasons, only registered guests can be inside the home. If you would like visitors during your stay, just message us in advance.
Yes. These are townhome-style floors, and the upper home is a real climb. Guests who have trouble with stairs should book Tessa, the lower home, or ask us first.
Families are very welcome. A Pack 'n Play, a high chair, kids dinnerware, and board games are waiting at the house. We just ask that adults keep an eye out, with no running inside or playing on the stairs.

Yes. A washer and dryer are upstairs, with an iron and ironing board in the laundry room.
Smart TVs with the major streaming apps. Bring your own logins and pick up right where you left off.
Quiet hours run 10pm to 8am. No smoking of any kind, and smoking inside carries a $500 fee. Only registered guests inside. The full rules are on each listing and in the welcome guide waiting at the house.
Load and start the dishwasher, drop used towels in the laundry room, and bag the trash into the cans in the garage. Beds can be left unmade. Then head out by 10am.
