Julianne is the top two floors and the roof: her own front door and garage, a kitchen with an island that seats five, a living room built around the fireplace, four bedrooms, and the deck above it all with cornhole and the sunset. Seven people sleep here in five real beds.
The climb is real and we say so. Two flights to the living floor, one more to the bedrooms, then the roof. One guest counted 33 steps to the main floor. What is waiting at the top is why groups book her.
Who Julianne is for. The family that wants the view, the work trip that needs the desk for two, and the group that will spend every evening on the roof.
How the homes fit together
Julianne and Tessa share one building and one address, with two front doors side by side. Book Julianne on her own for up to seven, or book Sunset Grove and the whole building is yours.

The primary suite
A king, a walk-in closet, and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and two vanities.

The daybed and the desk
A double daybed, and a desk with two chairs for anyone who has to work.
Four bedrooms on the top floor. A king with its own bathroom, a queen, a room with two twin XL beds, and a fourth with a double daybed and the desk for two. Five beds, seven people.

- Central heat and air, set from inside the home
- Self check-in, through a keypad, no key handoff

Good to know
- Check-in is self-entry at 4pm or later. Check-out is by 10am.
- The stairs, honestly. Julianne is the third and fourth floors. Two interior flights to the living room and kitchen, one more to the bedrooms and bathrooms, and one more to the roof. One guest counted 33 steps to the main floor. Not the home for anyone who finds stairs hard.
- Quiet hours run 10pm to 8am, on the roof too.
- No smoking of any kind. Smoking inside carries a $500 fee.
- Registered guests only inside the home, for insurance reasons. Message us in advance if you would like visitors.
- Cameras outside only at the front door and the garage door. None inside, ever.
- A local chef cooks for our guests at a discounted rate. Booked separately, not part of the stay. Ask us and we will introduce you.
