This website is a brochure for two homes in Wake Forest, North Carolina. You cannot book here, pay here, or make an account here. Every booking happens on Airbnb or Vrbo, and those companies hold your booking information under their own privacy policies.
Only what you choose to give us, on two forms. The contact form takes your name, email, phone, dates and message so we can answer you. The date alert beside each calendar takes your email and the nights you picked so we can send you one note if they open up. Both go to the family and nowhere else. There is no newsletter, no payment field, and no login on this site.
The date and guest picker runs entirely in your browser. What you type into it is used to show you which homes are open, and it reaches us only if you ask for a date alert or send the contact form.
We may add website analytics later so we can see which pages people read. If we do, it will count visits and pages, not people, and this page will say so before it goes live.
Loading any web page means your browser contacts the servers that hold the pieces of it. Those servers see your IP address and your browser type, the same as they would on almost any site. On this site those are:
We do not control what those companies do with a request, and we do not receive anything back from them about you.
This site sets no cookies of its own. If you follow a link out to Airbnb, Vrbo, or Instagram, that site sets its own cookies once you are there, under its own policy.
Your name, dates, payment, and messages live with Airbnb or Vrbo, whichever you booked through. We see what the platform shows a host: who is coming, when, and anything you message us. We use it to get you into the home and to answer you, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing to it.
The contact form has a box you can check to get text messages from Sunset Grove about your inquiry and, now and then, an offer. Leave it unchecked and we will not text you. If you check it, we keep your number for that purpose only. We do not share your number or your consent with anyone else for their marketing. Reply STOP to any text to end them, or HELP for help.
This site is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone, including them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
The fastest way to reach us is the message thread on the listing you booked, on Airbnb or Vrbo. Messages there reach the same people who run the homes.
